City of Lancaster & Planned Parenthood Team Up To Place Contraceptive Vending Machines Around City

LANCASTER, PA – The City of Lancaster and Planned Parenthood have teamed up to place contraceptive vending machines around the city.

According to a City of Lancaster spokesperson, “We have teamed up with Planned Parenthood to ensure that women throughout the city have access to a range of over-the-counter medications, including emergency contraception, at all hours.”

Products supplied in the vending machines include Plan B contraceptives, also known as the ‘day after pill’.

Planned Parenthood is providing 12 vending machines that will be placed throughout the city. The City of Lancaster will be funding the products included in the machines.
