Lancaster Man Gets Off In Arizona Court On Horse Sex Charges

Prosecuting Attorneys in Arizona are steamed after the Lancaster County native got off at his pre-trial hearing on bestiality charges. The accused’s attorney filed a writ of habeas corpus in federal court forcing the prosecution to either dismiss the charges or show the body of evidence against him at a recent pretrial hearing.

As a result the prosecutors were forced to present all the evidence against him in court. When the horses were brought in the defendant burst into screams of, “Oh God! Oh God! Yes!Yes!Yes!”

The judge immediately declared him guilty and the prosecutors have announced they will be seeking the maximum penalties possible. Additionally they will seek a special exclusion in his sentence to prevent him from working on the prison farm during his incarceration.
